Job Description:Our Client is plugged into change — across markets, industries, and technologies — and we’re on a mission to keep our clients ahead of the curve. Our powerhouse team is actively seeking an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing agency. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for digital marketing and has a genuine interest in growing their careers in this space. This is a mid to senior-level position based out of our Client office with occasional travel to client locations.As an account manager, you will play a key role with clients assisting them in all facets of client service and interacting with multiple digital advertising disciplines including:
  • Website and Digital Experiences
  • Multi-channel brand and content campaigns
  • Email
  • Corporate Communications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the client day-to-day liaison
  • Work cross-functionally with the various departments of the agency and client team members on all aspects of projects
  • Work with the resource manager to estimate future resource needs and plan for short-term unknowns when it comes to the assigned client
Supervise creative, media, social media, and technical development for interactive projects to include:
  • Online advertising campaigns
  • Flash demos
  • Websites
  • Mini-sites, publisher custom programs
  • Larger partnerships
Manage client approval/signoffs at project milestones
  • Manage, administer, and communicate detailed project schedules to internal and client teams
  • Set client expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Manage the internal process for delivering client projects on strategy, within the scope, and on budget
  • Responsible for budget revenue recognition and forecasting
  • Lead and develop strategic recommendations based on a clear understanding of the client’s business goals
  • Ensure project details are up to date and contain all relevant documentation, budget, and contact information on internal systems
  • Foster strong relationships with client personnel
  • Seek ongoing client opportunities for growth and increased revenue for the agency

Support internal business activity as needed:
  • Information collection and analysis
  • Presentation preparation and delivery
  • Proposal development

Required Skills:

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years of digital agency experience
  • Experience delivering digital marketing initiatives to clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate interest in the digital world and what it can offer consumers and clients
  • Experience working with ESP application
  • Microsoft Office proficiency Familiar with Analytics applications and data analysis for campaign performance tracking and building the foundation for the future strategy
