You will Identify & discover new SCM technologies and implement digitalization Initiatives across the SCM organization in Corporate US and Region AmericasThis position will be based out of our Alpharetta, GA office, with a flexibel hybrid work model allowing you the autonomy that suits your lifestyle.You’ll make a difference by:

Executes trend scouting, searches, identify and evaluates new SCM technologies to improve and enhance SCM performance;

Define Digitalization roadmaps, and implement Procurement Architectures such as Purchase-2-Pay and Source-2-Contract as well as exploring disruptive technologies (i.e. Generative AI, Power BI, Sourcing Automation Bots)

Implement and orchestrate local activities within SCM and implement measures.

Develop a comprehensive overview of relevant global and local initiatives and be the interface to the global SCM Digitalization ecosystem,

Conduct external benchmarking activities with other companies and research organizations such as Gartner, CSCMP, ISM, etc.

Maintains technical expertise on all new digitalization products, tools, and systems

Improve organization’s digitalization awareness and mindset through defined Digitalization events and communication.

Initiate or support local communication activities and trainings.

Lead collaborative cross-business and cross-country teams to improve and optimize Supply Chain and procurement process, methods, and compliance.

Works in cross functional teams in IT, Legal & Compliance, Cybersecurity, Communications, Government Affairs and Finance, etc.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in one of the following: Business, IT, or Engineering

Experience in digital transformation preferably in SCM

Project Management skills, preferably certified SCRUM Master

Preferred Qualifications:

10 years experience in digital transformation preferably in SCM

Consulting experience implementing technologies or tools is a plus

Ability to foster a community mindset (trustful, empowered, open) “Connecting the dots” and sharing attitude.

Well-developed communication skills; able to clearly and concisely express information (or data) to customers, peers, and management
