This role will lead our Analytics & Decision Science team, managing (2) FTE D ata Scientists and will be responsible for creating and maintaining data-driven solutions and processes to extract insights in creative ways using confirmatory and exploratory analytics and create new lines of thinking within the Coca-Cola system. You will act as an integrator and manage the end-to-end analytics of our proprietary approach to trade optimization and id entify sources of value from big data and generat e data driven insights to create value in our market. You will drive organizational change and profitability using business acumen coupled with proficiency across data and analytics. IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Strong analytical skills – ability to translate business opportunities from analytics; ability to lead complex analytical exercises/projects ; ability to develop volumetric /revenue, performance causal & predictive models that can accommodate multiple inputs from diverse data sources
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Proven leadership and collaboration skills; ability to influence and build consensus across and within teams , working seamlessly across organizations
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, data modeling, develop and deployment of end-to-end Data and Analytics solutions
Drive Subject Matter Expertise connections with p artners across Revenue Growth Management teams to shape the development and output of growth objectives.
Maintenance, performance tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and support including delivery of TPO Event Library and Consumer Promotion Optimization Library
Evaluate and improve existing models and collaborate and integrate where appropriate with other functions and global initiatives
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field ( e.g. M.B.A., Data Science, Engineering, Economics)
5 or more years of work experience required working in a data-centric business environment; 7 or more years preferred
Strong consultative communication skills diagnosing data to develop successful growth strategies with clients
Experience with Advanced Analytics l anguages ( Python, PySpark , SQL, R )
Expertise with Azure Data Science Stack ( Databricks, Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, MLFLow )
Expertise or demonstrable knowledge in Statistics, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, ETL/Big Data Pipelines .
Familiarity with consumer and syndicated data, marketing practices etc.
Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity for working with large sets of data, pulling in relevant team members to address identified and sometimes undiscovered needs for clients
