Moving at the speed of software, we are creating, innovating and delivering solutions fast, challenging the way things have always been done, piloting new ways for all of us to work, and expecting our successes to set new standards for our customers and for Honeywell.The Director, Finance Transformation is at the center of HCE digital transformation initiatives, playing a key role in optimizing financial processes that enable HCE to have full latitude over product/sales strategy, pricing/discounting, and product level P&L reporting. You will closely coordinate with product management, sales excellence, GBE business partners, and executive leadership to develop a consistent framework for evaluating financials and other critical aspects of new opportunities across HCE, with the goal of maximizing profitability and driving software growth. Additionally, you will lead the financial workstreams for several transformation projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with stakeholders to drive Software Accelerator across the enterprise

Drive to full automation of the HCE financial end-to-end reporting

Coordinate with HCE leadership to drive growth opportunities in areas of Global Cloud Expansion and NPI’s

Lead financial workstreams of several key transformation projects, such as ERP/systems architecture and go-to-market process

Serve as the HCE focal working with the Corporate Honeywell team to develop standard definitions and automate reporting of SaaS KPI’s

Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls

Drive change management for all transformational activities

#LI-HYBRIDMUST HAVE:

10+ years of relevant experience in finance with progressively increasing levels of responsibility

3+ years of experience utilizing ERP systems

2+ years of commercial finance experience
