This role involves leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative inclusion programs aimed at enhancing the employee experience and reinforcing Visa's reputation as an employer of choice. Additionally, the Director will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups to support and advance inclusion efforts. Acting as the primary liaison for global inclusion programs and partnerships, the Director will represent Visa at conferences, events, and forums, advocating for and promoting our inclusion strategy.This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with our regional leaders across the globe, key functions within the people team, high priority business functions and other stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and support the Visa’s overall mission and values.
