The Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Multi-Year role provides thought leadership to the Category teams, RGM community and broader North America Operating Unit (NAOU) to shap e the direction our system takes in growing Revenue, Profit and transactions over the next 3-5 years . The role is also responsible for looking at NAOU plans f ro m a holistic perspective, all categories and RTMs , and across the organization to ensure the long-term strategy is thoughtful and connected with Marketing, RG M OBPPC (O ccasion, Brand, Package, Price and Channel ) team, Strategy, Finance, Commercial , and Bottler teams. This requires a holistic business understanding, analytical mindset, cross - functional leadership and strong influencing skills. Job Description

Steward of RGM vision , long-range plan, and growth acceleration initiatives based on occasions, consumer behaviors and size of the prize

Detect macro trends that will become opportunities or impact the NAOU business, including e valuat ing and prioritiz ing beverage and channel trends

Develop Annual Plan including market dynamics, rate, and sources of growth (SOG); working with Strategy, Finance, and RGM OBPPC team to model revenue, profit, and margin growth trajectory

Lead RGM 2.0 wo rkstreams to develop robust growth initiative business cases , quick wins, and 3-year action plan s

Provide insights and analysis required to ensure a clear view of opportunities and risks vs. plan

Steward of NAOU elasticity development and evolution , partnering with TPO and Platform Services

Partner with RGM organization and System to advance RGM tools and capabilities , including cross -pollinate learnings through agile project.

Mastery of (Required)

Analytics & Financials – ability to draw insights and actions from data

OBPPC Strategy – multi-year and in-year strategies to accelerate revenue, profit, and growth

Pricing & Promotions – understanding of rate/mix drivers and promotional impact on overall rate

Change Management – demonstrates innovation & creativity to develop novel business solutions; ability to influence/gain alignment across divergent perspectives.

Strategic planning – understanding of RGM vision, strategies, long-term goals and actions to achieve.

Education and Professional Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other Advanced Degree preferred

7 or more years of relevant experience required
