This role will report to the Product Business Model Leader with a broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate process knowledge & leadership skills while playing an instrumental role in the success of the company.As the Products BM Transformation Leader, you will have ownership of leading the overall Honeywell Product Accelerator Management Operating System (MOS) & driving change management across Honeywell. This role will work directly with all SBGs and GBEs to deploy and enable standardized and digitized business and functional GDM processes to drive consistent & predictable outcomes, supporting the overall growth strategy.RESPONSABILITIES:

Supporting the development & Execution of the overall Product Business Model strategy & AOP.

Work with the respective Product Accelerator strategic workstream leaders to execute and drive change management for strategic initiatives across SBGs

Enable SBG-wide Deployment and Alignment of the Product Accelerator critical Functional GDMs in the SBG businesses.

Drive Product Accelerator requirements into the respective Functional GDMs

Lead the Product Accelerator Management Operating System (MOS) including supporting Accelerator Day meetings, SBG MBRs, SBG/GBE GDM deployment & maturity & policy flow down

Develop Integrated Product Accelerator KPI and Financial dashboard – a single source of truth to run Product businesses.

Support SBG Accelerator Transformation leaders in achieving overall Accelerator deployment adoption, maturity, and compliance for the respective SBG

Building Communication and Training plans for the SBG and ensuring alignment across the SBG to the Product

Accelerator Business Models to all organizational layers

This role will be a Game Changer / Future Shaper to optimize the Accelerator journey across business models!

A successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage. Focusing on overall transformation to a world-class end-to-end process, managing the Honeywell Accelerator digital architecture, driving continuous improvement activities while managing the change control process for all GDMs, and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the Product Accelerator Business Model for each SBG

YOU MUST HAVE

10+ years of experience in General Management / Program management, process transformation, or related areas

Proven experience with creating and managing a strong cross-functional MOS

Experience being a thought leader with the ability to influence change and experience working with multiple HON GBEs and functions

Strong communication skills both writing and verbal

Proven experience in continuous improvement, and understanding of Honeywell processes and workflows

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills

Six Sigma Black Belt / Lean Expert

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in process optimization, project management, operations management, or equivalent

Transformation Leadership experience with digital transformation is a big plus
