As our Distribution Supervisor – Telematics, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the efficient flow of hardware, accessories, and connected devices through our U.S. logistics network. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our physical product operations—from receipt, inventory control, and servicing, through to timely dispatch to customers and partners across North America.This is a hands-on, fast-paced supervisory role focused on achieving SLAs, maintaining a high level of stock accuracy, and supporting business continuity across our growing Telematics division.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations & DispatchOversee daily distribution centre activities including intake, staging, fulfilment, and outbound shipping.Ensure dispatch SLAs are met and maintained across all customer orders, including high-volume desk-based sales and enterprise installations.Manage exception handling, error logging, and escalation processes.Inventory & Stock ControlMonitor and reconcile inventory across platforms; support end-of-month and ad hoc cycle counts.Collaborate with central Stock Control to forecast consumables and hardware needs.Maintain rigorous processes for stock movement and traceability in line with internal controls.Team Supervision & TrainingDirectly supervise Dispatch Associates, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting development.Deliver induction, onboarding, and hands-on training for new hires.Enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance protocols throughout the workspace.Process & Quality ManagementRepresent the U.S. distribution team on operational projects and process improvement initiatives.Work cross-functionally with operations, customer support, technical services, and installation scheduling teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end delivery model.Support security, open/close procedures, and facilities management within the distribution hub.
