As an eCommerce Strategic Manager, you will be developing strategies to boost sales and market share with key eCommerce retailer accounts for our Moen brand of products. This involves creating effective marketing plans, analyzing competitors and market trends, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.You'll also ensure accurate product information online, generate performance reports, and coordinate eCommerce operations. Additionally, you'll assist in enforcing Moen's eCommerce policies and help the company understand and navigate the e-commerce landscape.The ideal candidate will have an eCommerce Sales or Account Management background with a large retailer or big box channel and have a bachelor’s degree.This role is a hybrid position, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office work at our Smyrna, GA office location from Tuesday to Thursday.What you will be doing: Develop integrated demand generation strategies to drive sales and increase share for Moen with key accounts.  Grow existing business and exploit incremental market share opportunities to achieve/exceed annual financial targets.Formulate and execute annual sales, marketing, and promotional strategies/plans for key customer accounts; focus on digital marketing, pricing/programming, online discoverability, content optimization, and online ratings & reviews.Lead comprehensive analysis of business growth opportunities with large eCommerce retailer accounts, potential avenues for share growth, and evaluate competitor and market dynamics/trends as input to strategic plans.Manage the development and implementation of effective strategic business plans encompassing brand messaging, benefits, and value propositions to large eCommerce retailers’ key influencers and stakeholders.Develop influential relationships with key stakeholders at key eCommerce retailers and related channel partners.  Provide guidance on account service needs for key eCommerce retailers that occur on a daily basis to ensure timely execution and follow-up of all activities.Develop influential relationships and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in adjacent business units (Wholesale & Retail) and key shared services functions (marketing, finance, information technology, etc.).Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Moen’s online merchandising assets on key eCommerce retailer sites including product descriptions, images, videos, bullet points, and technical documents.Create and communicate monthly performance and key metric scorecards for respective eCommerce retailer accounts.   Generate accurate forecasts monthly and provide meaningful insights on customer and market performance to increase sales and share.Coordinate and manage eCommerce-related operations and supply chain related initiatives for key eCommerce retailer accounts. Track/manage eCommerce retailer operational metrics and benchmarks including fill rates, operational efficiencies, and logistics execution.Assist, as appropriate, with the enforcement of Moen’s eCommerce Distribution and iMAP Policy. Help build and cultivate Moen’s knowledge, literacy, and comfort with the e-Commerce channel.
