Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an eDS Attorney/Lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is in the Legal industry and will involve a significant amount of document review. Responsibilities: Manage and conduct comprehensive document reviews Apply legal expertise to analyze and categorize documents Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure the accuracy of document reviews Utilize legal software for efficient document review and management Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal ethical guidelines in all tasks Work closely with clients to address and resolve inquiries related to document review Conduct research to support legal proceedings and document review Assist in the development of legal arguments, motions, and other case filings Monitor and analyze existing and developing laws, regulations, and industry trends Develop strategies to handle complex legal issues. Requirements Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience as an attorney, specifically within the eDiscovery field Proficient in conducting document reviews Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures Proficient in using eDiscovery software and platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong ethical standards and professional integrity Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required Must be able to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
