seeking a qualified candidate to fill Electronics Technician position
located in Villa Rica, Georgia. This position reports to the Maintenance
Manager.SHIFTS: 3/2 Schedule7:00 pm - 7:00 am; Must work OT, weekends

school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent requiredDegree or Certification
and/or advanced training as Electronics Technician neededKnowledge
and/or experience with control system hardware and software
designKnowledge of electrical codes (NEC)Some experience as Electronics
Technician or similar competenciesUnderstanding of
electrical/electronicsystems/troubleshootingBasic ability to work and
troubleshoot PLC's, ladder logic, and communication systemsUnderstand
and manipulate industrial communicationsTroubleshoot Servo
MotorsTroubleshoot AC/DC drivesBasic knowledge and understanding in
process control systems such as: temperaturecontrol, pressure control,
flow control and PID control loopsKnowledge and/or experience with

proceduresInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and
electronic equipment, including motor relays, circuit breakers, machine
and process controls, circuits, and electrical distribution
systemsModify machinery logic systems (PLC's) and PC based systems and
requires working knowledge of DC/AC drives in function and as they
relate to an overall web-handling process, Allen Bradley, Parker and
Seimens PLCsAbility to read and understand schematic
diagramsAcquire/requisition spare parts related to power distribution
and all electrical and electronic systemsMake electrical modifications
and upgrades to current equipment and installation of new equipment with
the ability to run conduit and size wiring systemsReview specifications
and acquires power distribution materials needed for new equipment
installationsWork outside the electronic/electrical area is expected
when capable or when assisting another associateEffective communication
with corporate engineering, vendors, internal customers and working on
teamsProficient in computerized maintenance softwareCommunicate actions
taken to repair the machine to Operator and/or LeadDocument parts used
