Work locations (hybrid model): Alpharetta, GA; Southfield, MI; Temple Terrace, FL Job Description: Responsibilities: Provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to provided SLA s. Perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention. Ability to support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and videoconferencing equipment. Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as necessary. Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Job Duties:
- Provide support of business continuity and hypercare post ERP conversion to SAP/S4/Hana and processing financial transactions
- Establish relationships with all departments and levels of the organization in order to understand the needs of each.
- Assist with any ad hoc requests or special projects that require financial analysis
- Intermediate ERP experience with SAP Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Experience Experience with the following tools CATs, PeopleSoft, SAP, Telecommunication Fuze tools, Jira Ticketing system
- Experience with wireless cell site construction
- Experience with wireless cell site equipment engineering
- Analyst must possess time management skills, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
