The Specifics.Serves as the point of contact with Managed Care (MC) payors throughout the new store opening process.Applies for and maintains documentation for each location’s National Provider Identifier.Communicates new store information to the MC payors for enrollment in MC.Communicates payor IDs and payor portal log in information to the new stores.Keeps payor directories up to date.Enrolls National Vision affiliated ODs with the MC payors.Communicates OD approvals with the MC payors to National Vision store locations.Troubleshoots issues with payor setup or portal log ins and assist stores in resolving problems.Assists in maintaining the database of managed care payors for stores and ODs.Assists stores and other departments with questions regarding National Vision's participation with MC.Analyzes Managed Care Sales reports to identify problems and works with cross-functional departments to implement solutions.Sends reports to the payors to keep them up to date on each OD’s credential standing.
