Provide strategic Human Resources support to Inspire Support Centers and HR teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries
- Process invoices for the Enterprise HR team
- Prepare and distribute weekly new hire and termination reports
- Apply knowledge of HR concepts, procedures, laws, and best practices to provide quality HR support to team members at all levels
- Anticipate, analyze and communicate key metric reports to Operations/Support Center in addition to government agencies and external vendors
- Assist with New hire onboarding processing for the Support Center
- Complete I-9s & E-Verify processing for all Support Center new hires
- HR Systems and process management for Support Center, Region HR teams, and Operations
- Schedule meetings and lead onboarding for remote new hires
- Lead and facilitate critical process improvement efforts that contribute to a world-class HR organization

- 4 - year degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. A combination of extended education and experience to be considered in lieu of formal degree
- 2+ years of office support experience required
- 1 - 2 years HR experience preferred
- Diverse and complex knowledge of HRIS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and a self-starter
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
