I am looking for someone who is independent, able to learn quickly, a people person, computer savvy, can think outside the box, and has the ability to hustle and get the job done without being micro-managed. This entry-level position is for someone who does not have a lot of experience, with a flexible schedule, and is willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. This is a Hybrid position that may require you to work from home, in the field, or in the office on any given day during various hours. Recent high school graduates and first-year college students are welcome to apply.
Job Task/Description: You will start as an office coordinator/assistant in customer service, data entry, clerical, administrative, and marketing. This will allow you the opportunity to gain experience in sales, education, marketing, non-profit, and financing. You will be required to be your own one-person show!
Starting Pay: $15- $18 During probationary period
Benefits After 90 Probation Period: Assistant Manager of Operations position, $10 to $15 pay increase, company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and Quarterly bonuses
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
