Responsible for Hallway, corridor cleaning
Clean multiple nurses station
High room turn over
Excessive amount of bodily fluid in public area
Interact w/ Disgruntle & behavioral health PT, entire E.R.
Service & Treat rooms with Bedbugs, body lice, etc.
Clean up after noninvasive procedure, blood, tissue, bone chip
Clean and disinfect kitchenette and break rooms
Change disposable curtains, use of ladder if needed
Exposed to communicable diseases prior to results, Cat A, T.B, etc.
Responsible for change over 100 hand sanitizers
Support Critical thinking and crisis management
Use of electrostatic sprayers, high level disinfection
E.R. support Hartsfield Airport by providing travel well, CDC staff
Remove soiled linen, trash, bio waste, sharps container, RX Destroyer
Will be trained on following
High level disinfection of Cat A environments, Ebola
Cat A waste disposal, Ebola
High level PPE training, Donning & Doffing, PAPR use
Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions.
Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.
Environmental Services (EVS) Tech l-lllSalary: $14.60- $21.35/hourThe grade and salary of the position are based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of each level, relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.
