Equipment Rental Yard Worker / Entry Level Position

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload rental equipment for customers

Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on returned tools and equipment

Organize equipment in the yard and ensure it is properly staged for rental

Assist in checking equipment in and out using rental software

Perform yard and facility upkeep as needed

Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Basic mechanical skills or tool knowledge is a plus

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Spanish Speaking a plus
