Description We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join a global field marketing team with a client in Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing various types of events, both virtual and in-person, while collaborating with the field marketing team.Responsibilities: Organize and execute a variety of events, from smaller gatherings to larger workshops Collaborate with the field marketing team to deliver global community events Maintain consistent communication with US-based field markers Manage the scheduling of global events within the United States Utilize tools such as CRM and Calendar Management for efficient event planning Ensure all event details, including catering and other logistical needs, are handled promptly and accurately Use software tools like CVENT Manage budget processes for each event to ensure cost-effectiveness Resolve any customer inquiries related to the events in a timely and professional manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Exceptional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) skills Should have a strong understanding of Budget Processes Must be adept at Calendar Management Excellent Communication skills are essential.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
