As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the leadership team in a variety of critical areas, with a special emphasis on sales support for Augusta Landworks.
Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working both behind the scenes and on the front lines, and is excited to be part of a team that delivers exceptional service to our clients. You’ll assist in everything from property management coordination to sales support — ensuring that both Pearson Rental Properties and Augusta Landworks run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Property Manager Assistant:
Schedule property showings, inspections, and maintenance tasks
Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors
Prepare and post property listings and marketing materials
✅ HR Assistant:
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, HR records management, and compliance tasks
Support recruiting efforts and manage job postings
Help coordinate team-building events and internal communications
✅ Office Administrator Assistant:
Maintain office organization and supplies
Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries
Assist with data entry, file management, and administrative support
✅ Personal Assistant:
Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments
Handle occasional errands and personal tasks for leadership
Coordinate special projects and ad-hoc assignments
✅ Sales Assistant (Augusta Landworks Focus):
Support the Augusta Landworks sales team with lead management, client follow-up, and sales pipeline tracking
Prepare sales proposals, estimates, and client presentations
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Provide timely communication to prospective and existing clients
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace/Buildium Property Management Software
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a keen eye for detail
Previous experience in a similar assistant or coordinator role is a plus — especially in sales support or land development
