Executive Assistant III
6 Month Contract, Potential to Extend or Convert Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite Atlanta, GAAs an Executive Assistant on the Brand Experiences and Storytelling Team, you will be supporting multiple Directors and the overall team. You will be joining a team consisting of cross-disciplinary program managers and creatives (visual, motion, experiential, and content designers) who raise the bar on end-to-end experiences across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities- Special projects for department and/or corporate initiatives coordinated and administered
- Timely response to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence on behalf of leaders
- Department budget administration support including purchase order creation and expense reports.
- Budget reports tracked and reconciled with department spending
- Department initiatives and projects tracked; outstanding action item follow-up and status reports to manager
- Reference documents created, maintained and updated for department use
- Business reports generated
- Liaison to corporate offices and/or other business units/functional groups
- General questions answered, unknown answers researched, and appropriate information dispensed to employees and customers/vendors
- Manage departmental executive and senior manager's calendar(s), travel, meetings and/or daily schedules.
- Interact cross-functionally with departments, employees, vendors or customers in need of meeting with department leaders.
- Maintain and/or create accurate databases to track departmental information.
- Research and analyze data within the context of a project, departmental needs, or company direction and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate clearly at multiple levels and with diverse audiences.
- Effectively organize and maintain the business environment for department/manager.
- Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. Experience working in a corporate communication team a plus.
- Great communication skills with an ability to communicative effectively with multiple levels and diverse audiences.
- Ease at collaboration with team and stakeholders in other teams across the company with a desire to take on new work and act as a team player.
- Ability to organize work and create processes to enable speed and efficiency at scale.
- Experience in event management, design, content or video production, or communications a plus.
- Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focus as needed. Ability to remain balanced under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in a suite of standard office software and operation of office equipment.
- Fundamental project management experience, including development of basic project plans and successful execution.
- Organizational skills.
- Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team motivation events.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Experience managing high volumes of emails and phone calls.
- Proven experience working in a fast-pace environment while providing superior service levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proactive, take ownership, respond quickly, and have excellent follow through skills.
- 5-7 years of experience as an EA
- Adaptable and flexible to different styles
- Know how to onboard/offboard executive transition
- High EQ
- Larger corporate background desired for this role
