Experienced Lady Gardener/Designer Needed for Seasonal Color

Compensation: Project-based commission (discussed per estimate)

Are you an experienced female gardener or horticulturalist with a sharp eye for design and color?

Grounds Guys of Stone Mountain is seeking an independent contractor (1099) to join our team. We are actively looking for an experienced lady gardener who is highly motivated and specializes in enhancing our clients’ properties through creative plant selection and exceptional seasonal design.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels at:

Client Design: Meeting with homeowners to assess their garden needs and aesthetic preferences.

Seasonal Planting: Designing and estimating specialized projects focused on flower beds, containers, and other vibrant seasonal color enhancements.

Proposal Creation: Developing detailed, attractive design proposals and associated estimates.

Project Follow-Up: Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering 5-star outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional gardener or training in horticulture/landscape design.

Strong design aesthetic and passion for plant selection and seasonal color changes.

Reliable personal transportation is mandatory.

Must live within a 10-mile radius of Stone Mountain, GA.

Entrepreneurial mindset—this is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

What We Offer:

We provide local leads, operational support, branded presence, and the platform (GoHighLevel/ProAutomate) to manage your estimates efficiently. You focus on design and sales; we handle the marketing.

Compensation:

Pay is commission-based, structured around the size and scope of the design and planting projects you secure and manage. This is a high-earning potential role based on performance. Specific terms will be discussed during the application process.
