Family Law Paralegal

Family Law Paralegal Part time and/or Independent Contractor

Small NEGA law firm has an immediate need for a family law paralegal. MUST be able to handle all aspects of family law cases including but, not limited to:

Preparing DRFA, CSW with thoughtful analysis

Preparing all basic pleadings (with some attorney input)

Conduct discovery (with some attorney input)

Ensuring proper filing of pleadings

Ensuring proper service of process

Interacting with clients in a professional manner that reflects well on firm and pro-vides clients with top notch professional service

Manage and meet deadlines

Have the ability to successfully navigate local rules in various counties

If you do not have verifiable family law experience and cannot hit the ground running with the tasks outlined above, you will not be a good fit for this position.
