RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Field Technical Support Engineer in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Alpharetta, GA. Overview:

Responsibilities: In this role, the Field Technical Support Engineer will handle customer-relation machinery mechanical/technical/electrical problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures Provide mechanical and electrical support on-site of full range of commercial and industrial large mass volume digital printers products The Field Technical Support Engineer will deliver complex high-tech mechanical services to large enterprise complex or corporate Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities

REQUIREMENTS: BS College/university degree of Mechanical Engineering or 3+ years of hands-on experience as a field service electromechanics technician in a machinery or related manufacturing environment Strong mechanical technical interpersonal and communication kills and ability to improvise Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex customer problems Excellent teamwork with peers and personnel Demonstrate consistent and high level performance Must be able to thrive in a rapid changing work environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
