Service Lines are multi-functional direct and indirect teams with capabilities across the customer journey (prospecting, pursuit, and delivery) with a focus on a specific industry. You, and your global cross-organizational collaborators, will expand our solutions and offerings to enable rapid delivery of our Cloud for Financial Services sector and will co-develop solutions on top of the Industry Clouds to add more business value for our customers.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Go to Market development

Full financial target responsibility for a professional services business

Managing a global team comprised of direct reports and virtual members

QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of Financial Services industry professional services sales and delivery work experience OR equivalent experience.

5+ years people management experience.

Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years of Financial Services industry professional services sales and delivery work experience OR equivalent experience.

8+ years of account management experience.

4+ years of experience in sales/selling.

4+ years of project/portfolio management experience

Deep Industry expertise in Banking (Retail, Corporate & Wealth Management), Insurance (Life, Property & Casualty) and Capital Markets.

Significant industry experience and knowledge in key Financial Service processes/systems including payments, core banking/core systems, customer experience, lending, security, onboarding, fraud, and compliance, claims processing and/or automation, trading systems/platforms.

Extensive people leadership experience; inspiring and fostering a culture of customer centricity, attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry
