Flight School Manager Wanted

Lookup Flight Academy is a premier flight school located in Winston Salem, NC and Atlanta GA, offering high-quality flight instruction to aspiring pilots. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flight school. The Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flight school, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Training for this job will start in Winston-Salem NC, then move to Atlanta GA.

Responsibilities:

- Work together with CEO and Program Director to Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flight school, including flight scheduling, aircraft maintenance, and customer service

- Manage flight instructors and staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

- Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies and procedures

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service

- Ensure all flight operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Work with the Director of Flight Operations to develop and manage the flight school budget

- Maintain accurate records of flight operations and customer interactions

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams

- Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
