Fly by Wire Control Law Design Engineer - TSII in GAC Savannah
Unique Skills:Qualified Candidates will have experience with augmented air vehicle control law design, modeling, and analysis using linear and non-linear modeling techniques.The Preferred candidate will have: - Familiarity with full envelope multiloop feedback gain design, architecture design, and gain scheduling techniques. - Familiarity with handling qualities standards such as MIL-STD-1797B - Experience with 14 CFR Part 23 or Part 25 certification - Experience with ARP4754A, DO-178C, and/or DO-331A Fly-by-Wire Control Law Design Engineer will: - Establish requirements for control systems functionality, integrity, availability, and performance to ensure flight safety and Part 25 certification - Design and analyze fly-by-wire primary and automatic flight control laws - Conduct, analyze the results, and document hardware-in-the-loop tests of the fly-by-wire primary and automatic flight control laws - Support flight test activities, including validation and verification of control law design and troubleshooting/revising control laws as requiredEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in engineering or technical related curriculum applicable to the respective job position required. 10 yrs in specific technical discipline or 15 yrs broad eng experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors.
