DescriptionThe Full Stack Developer will be a part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications/solutions for Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products Group. Georgia Pacific LLC is fully owned by Koch Industries, a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments.Development work will include both web front end and server technologies and experimentation with new technology. The role creates long-term value through experimentation of new solutions that have a high potential to solve a business need and through development of custom mobile applications that support new product development. The selected candidate should have hands-on experience developing and supporting web and mobile applications and should demonstrate initiative, good economic-thinking, analytical skills, and a sense of urgency.The right person for this role is proactive with written and verbal daily communication with stakeholders, a self-starter who can work under broad direction, and is passionate about delivering world-class, first-of-a-kind solutions. This individual also has the experience and technical background consistent with end-to-end design of digital ecosystems and agile delivery of consumer-facing, hybrid (hardware and software) solutions, including iterative design and rapid prototyping to support MVP, Pilot and Launch activities.Location: Atlanta or REMOTE What You Will Do In Your RoleBe a 'Thought Leader' and Partner with business leadersWorking on cutting-edge mobile and web applications for consumer products businessDevelop UIs with attention to design detail, ensuring exceptional UX through implementation of subtle interactions and affordancesCollaborate with product, design, and development teamsBuild reusable code and libraries for future useOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityUtilize your Dev Ops skills to provide efficient, streamlined, and secure deployments The Experience You Will BringRequirements:At least 5 years IT experienceExperience building modern web and cloud-based, event, microservices frameworks and applications including Angular 6+or equivalent and AWS server-side functionsBreadth of experience with Hybrid app development (Ionic 4, Cordova, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS)Experience with AWS "serverless" stack using Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB or equivalent in other cloud technology stackStrong development experiences using languages like .NET, Java, Golang, etc.Experience with Gitlab / GitHubWhat Will Put You AheadExperience developing on AWS ( Cloudfront, VPC, RDS, Amazon MQ etc.)Experience with .NET Development.
