Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals.Location/Division Specific InformationThe Global Digital Content Manager is a member of the Global Strategic and Digital Marketing Team within the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD).Remote US East CoastHow will you make an impact?This individual will be responsible for web platform management and governance with expertise to ensure effective, high-quality digital experience across web platforms. A successful candidate will bring industry expertise, strategic perspective and excellent business sense. This candidate must be able to build and navigate strong and collaborative partnerships with internal partners, function as a website subject matter authority for marketers using analytics to guide improvements and be a tireless advocate for the customer experience.What will you do?

Own the performance and governance of procalcitonin web platforms leading site improvement roadmap and content across the marketing organization.

Run, coordinate, and prioritize tactics and projects, delivering on time and on budget.

Daily tasks include direct authoring in content management systems (AEM) building pages, optimizing experience and troubleshoot content display issues.

Communicate and collaborate optimally with business partners in meetings and using project tracking systems.

Advise on website content strategy, find opportunities and enlist business assistance with content optimization and cleanup.

Ensure that digital content is accurate, consistent, and complete, and adheres to digital, editorial, SEO, and brand standards.

Document and train on website standard processes.

Analyze internal and external customer needs, address customer feedback, and participate in voice of customer studies and content optimization projects to improve the presentation of content.

Advise on content aspects of A/B testing.

Analyze content performance and web feedback, and use those data to regularly reevaluate web content guidelines and recommended content practices.

Handle third party agencies as needed.

Ensure and supervise global compliance.

Bachelor's Degree Required

Master’s Degree Preferred

Experience

4+ years experience in running marketing and product content on websites within content management systems, preferably within life science or IVD market.

Keen attention to detail and high regard for content quality.

Understanding of web subject areas such as user experience, taxonomy and tagging, information architecture, content marketing, componentized content, digital marketing, analytics, and testing.

Outstanding writing, grammar, and prooing skills and sophisticated knowledge of English usage

Experience in working as a part of global multicultural matrix organization.

Experience in web analytics a plus.
