- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 20 years experience or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 15 years experience.
- Twelve (12) years of management experience in a technology environment (On-Prem and Cloud Infrastructure)
- Experience managing Desktop Architecture and Communication Devices (Mobile phones)
- Experience managing/overseeing Office365 environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS preferred.
- Experience migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud infrastructure as well as strong cloud optimization experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office technologies, including Office Suite (O365, TEAMS, etc.), Microsoft operating systems, Windows Service, Active Directory, desktop applications, computer and laptop deployments, and anti-virus management.
- High level of working knowledge of router and switch configuration and WAN/LAN management.
- Ability to Evaluate emerging technologies, e.g., SDN, SD-WAN, clustering, virtualization, etc., and create the implementation strategies for online global networks.
- Conduct capacity and trend analysis to identify and resolve issues before they become service-impacting events.
- Situational assessment and root cause problem solving and resolution abilities.
- Develop a strategy as it relates to the organization's support (Helpdesk integrations, laptops, cell, video collaboration, etc) & infrastructure (network, security, communication systems, etc).
- Develop, manage, and track the departmental budget.
- Work with stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
- Identify vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
- Manage a team of engineers who provide Tier 2 and 3 IT and network infrastructure support in a multi-tenant online environment
- Researches and implements best practices for infrastructure services, including proven infrastructure methodologies, service management processes, and operational support
- Manages Infrastructure & Security needs to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic direction and initiatives, to foster a high performing work environment, and mitigate risks
- Responsible for overseeing the design of solutions, monitoring and maintaining networks, security solutions, troubleshooting, and resolving network and system errors and inefficiencies.
- Works closely with other teams to configure laptop, phone, and other technology and images and security to work seamlessly within the US, EMEA, and other global environments (working with other technology team members in the US and globally (as well as 3rd party partners)).
- Ensures that the global network, security, and infrastructure systems and services are running smoothly and effectively within the US.
