The Group Director, Integration – Reporting will play an essential role in bridging NAOU (North America Operating Unit) between current state and future state modernization . The successful candidate is one who can network and make connections, balance multiple priorities, and coordinate across NAOU and Platform Services Organization as well as other Functions in order to  drive the significant step change necessary to successfully  transform our organization and build capabilities for the future within the NAOU .   This position requires a high-energy, bias for speed and an urgency for getting stuff done, motivated individual with strong project management, excellent communication skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior partners . This leadership role is the U-joint between the entire NAOU and Platform services for understanding organization’s needs, blue printing the design for how to get there, and leading charge both within the OU (Operating Unit) and across the network to quickly stand-up the reporting suite for the NAOU within Platform Services. While this is an individual contributor, this role provides direction, coaching and leadership to the job grade 12 reporting role as well as other teammates as necessary to assist the Platform Services Integration Le ad in driving the agenda forward. Focus, Scope , & Impact:

Design and Implement Performance Management reporting across NAOU, including Volume, Financial Reporting, Monthly Business Reviews, Scorecards , Customer P&L, Bottler Stewardship, etc.

Ability to turn ideas and visions into reality by designing the reporting required for a successful performance management routine across the entire Operating Unit at all leadership levels including President, COO , CF O , Strategy Lead, etc.

D emonstrating a deep understanding of business needs and the transformation required to ensure the team has the data, tools and processes in place to drive growth

Identify quick win solutions and leverage all internal and external resources available to drive lagging and leading indicator reporting and data analytics.

Supporting the rewiring of our financial data, systems, routines, etc. within NAOU

Highlight gaps / risks to the transformation; prioritize initiatives and relentless ly drive gap closure . Evaluates inputs from multiple sources in making decisions on issue resolution

Interfa ce with the Platform Services leadership to ensure capability development and a successful transition of activities

Driv e change management activities across NAOU

Ensure the necessary skills and capabilities are in place to successfully deliver against the future state model.

Establish SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with P latform Services to meet the needs of the business now and in the future

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Knowledge & Experience    

15 years of experience  in  Finance, Performance management and/or change management roles 

Comfortable with conflict and a demonstrated ability to influence with out power

Able to work successfully in whitespace while making the complex easy to understand

Results-orient e d leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience

Experience managing  multiple inputs and juggling many priorities  

Work Focus  

Implement change management / transformation agenda  

Exceptional  problem solving, process mindset and analytical skills  with great attention to detail. 

Proven ability to  coach, influence and facilitate learnings  across all levels of an organization 

Outstanding ability to  build and leverage relationships  with key business partners, comfortable in  working closely with senior leaders . 

Outcome oriented with a strong bias for action and issue resolution.   

Communication  Focus   

Self-starter with the ability to successfully manage up, down, and across the OU and Network to drive outcomes

T he Director, Integration role must have outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to translate complex topics into easy to understand insights and analytics at all levels of the organization . Key audiences and partners include:
