Handyman Wanted - Georgia - Vacant and Occupied Homes

Zepalco Home Restorations is seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team for various repair and maintenance projects in homes across South Carolina. This role involves working on both vacant and occupied properties, so professionalism and adaptability are key.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of handyman repairs, including but not limited to minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, and general maintenance.

Work independently on assigned projects in both vacant and occupied homes, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with the team and, when necessary, with homeowners.

Requirements:

Must have your own vehicle, preferably a pickup truck, for transporting tools and materials to job sites.

Must own your own tools—we do not provide tools for this position.

Prior experience as a handyman or in a similar role is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Professional demeanor, especially when working in occupied homes.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

This is a paid position with labor and expenses covered.

Pay varies depending on the size and scope of each job, as well as the specific tasks required.
