Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team. Based onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, this role involves providing global IT support, with a focus on laptop setup and support. Responsibilities: Setting up and configuring laptops for global employees Collaborating with the detail oriented services team in managing global incident tickets Installing and updating software applications and drivers on laptops Troubleshooting and resolving laptop-related issues, including connectivity, performance, and security Managing distribution groups and implementing security protocols to prevent potential threats Overseeing cybersecurity training initiatives Documenting processes and backing up and archiving data Developing and maintaining data retrieval and recovery procedures Providing technical support and guidance to laptop users Maintaining inventory and documentation of laptops and related equipment Performing regular backups and data recovery on laptops Monitoring and enforcing laptop security policies and best practices Coordinating the shipment recovery of laptop equipment. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft software and applications Extensive knowledge of Active Directory Familiarity with Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Demonstrated capability in Deskside Support Hands-on experience with Desktop Hardware Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology and industry trends.
