Description We are looking for a skilled Tier II Help Desk Technician with hands-on experience in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Office 365 administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, manage user accounts, and support our end-users effectively.Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support for end-users, addressing escalated issues that require more in-depth troubleshooting and resolution.

Administer and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Azure Active Directory.

Support and maintain Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD synchronization, user authentication, and application access.

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures within Azure AD and Office 365.

Document technical issues, solutions, and support processes in our ticketing system to ensure accurate records and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems and contribute to ongoing improvements in our support operations.

Provide guidance and training to Tier I support staff as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Tier II help desk or similar IT support role with a focus on Azure AD and Office 365 administration.Hands-on experience with user account management, group policies, and security settings in Azure Active Directory.Proficiency in supporting Office 365 services, including troubleshooting common issues with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to convey technical information clearly.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Office 365) are a plus.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
