Description As a Help Desk Analyst III, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our users, focusing on Active Directory administration, Intune management, Office 365 administration, and networking. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex issues and enhancing our IT service delivery. This is a contract to permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Provide tier 3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system. Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, OU structure, and security permissions. Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues, including connectivity, routing, and firewall configurations. Document and track support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and detailed record-keeping. Collaborate with IT team members to implement solutions and improve support processes. Mentor and assist entry level help desk staff with escalated issues and training. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong experience with Active Directory administration and management. Proficient in Microsoft Intune for device management and configuration. Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+). Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
