Hiring House Keeper For Airbnb (Atlanta) Cire Homes

We need a housekeeper who can turn over Airbnb properties.

We have a total of 6 properties under contract right now, two pending for February, and another 1 pending for March. We are growing!

The position will require that you turn over the Airbnb properties, they are usually 4-6 turnovers a week. Need to be able to work on Sundays as well, therefore, you will need to be comfortable working a few hours on the weekends when necessary. We also provide cleaning supplies.

You will be notified in advance of the weekends you will need to work to turn over the Airbnb. In addition to cleaning the Airbnbs, you will need to take inventory, buy supplies, restage the properties, take pictures of damages, restock supplies, and clean/disinfect these properties.

Note: In addition to cleaning and staging the property, you will need to wash and dry linens and towels used by guests.

This position is paid in cash, paid weekly and paid training as well. You will be responsible in sending us invoice for your cleaning every Friday of the week.

Regular cleaning rates -

1-bedroom property: $60

2-bedroom property: $75

3-4 bedroom property: $90

5-6 bedroom property: $110

As part of our onboarding process, the start of your cleaning journey will involve a shadowing session. During this session, you will shadow our experienced cleaners and be evaluated after cleaning 2-3 of our properties. Based on the evaluation, we will determine if you will continue working with us.

The rates for shadowing sessions / training will be half of our regular rates. Note that this is per cleaning and not per hour:

1-bedroom property: $30

2-bedroom property: $37.5

3-4 bedroom property: $45

5-6 bedroom property: $55

With bonuses provided after 6 months of employment and again after 12 months of employment

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation

Must have 1-2years of experience as a housekeeper and/or Airbnb turnovers
