Job DescriptionPosition Description:The eCR Onboarding Team is looking for an experienced analyst with Health IT, HL7, Health Informatics, health data analysis experience. The analyst does need prior technical experience. The analyst will directly assist the eCR Onboarding Team with review of data quality reports, review of test messages, daily CDC customer inquiries related to onboarding new healthcare organizations and submitting electronic case reports to the appropriate public health agencies. Must be extremely organized, responsive to multiple client needs simultaneously, and have exceptional communications skills. Ability to understand complex process needs and collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners (both internal and external) to deliver high-quality business solutions. Quick thinking and investigative ability to holistically view processes and identify potential improvements and efficiencies when analyzing complex data quality reports. Develop processes for querying and streamlining analysis of complex data reports, and draft new standard operating procedure (SOPs). Document weekly progress of the project via status reports. Background in communications, knowledge management tools, Customer Relationship Management tools and continuous business process improvement a plus. Prior experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR), EHR vendor or product teams (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, ect), public health informatics, public health reporting, ELR, Syndromic Surveillance, HL7, HIEs, eHealth Exchange, Direct Trust, Carequality, CommonWell, and existing CDC badge is highly desired but not required.Personality/Attributes/Attitude: Extremely self-motivated, constantly curious, willing to share knowledge, excellent communicator, problem solver, passionate about public health, strong critical thinking skills, quick learner, team player, positive attitude in the face of major obstacles, and willing to keep pushing the rock up the hill each day for a great cause. Additionally, manage ambiguity, goal oriented, and be able maintain partner relationships.Environment: Fast pace, 100% ambiguous, no problem is the same, fully remote, large integrated team (20+), multiple collaborators, need to know how to properly escalate risk/issues.
