Responsibilities

Welcome guests to venue

Prepare venue for guest arrivals

Provide information and manage the flow of customers

Verify tickets for authorized entry

Process online orders

Handle cash/credit transactions

Assist guests with navigation, seating and accessing services

Requirements and Key Skills

General knowledge of computers

Communicate effectively with both team members and guests

Vibrant personality and passion for customer service

At least 21 years old with reliable transportation

Attention to detail and professionalism

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

Ability to go up and down a flight of stairs

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and work as a part of a team

Be punctual and have good grooming habits
