Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contractor HR Generalist to support our client based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves supporting the HR Director and handling the overflow of the HR department in an on-site setting. This client is located in the Buckhead neighborhood and parking is paid. This job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, approximately 5-6 months to start. This client is going through an exciting growth period, and has a wonderful HR presence that is vibrant and dynamic! Responsibilities: Provide support to the HR Director by managing various projects. Utilize Paycom HRIS and JazzHR ATS to streamline HR operations. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Manage open enrollment and other benefit functions to ensure employee needs are met. Ensure HR compliance to avoid any legal issues or disputes. Use Excel and PowerPoint to prepare management presentations. Handle corporate recruiting to fill vacancies efficiently. Work with a smaller team to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Manage the overflow of the HR department to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role Proficiency in Benefit Functions, Onboarding, Open Enrollment, Corporate Recruiting, and HR Compliance is necessary Excellent ability to create and deliver management presentations Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes Experience with HR software and HRIS databases Outstanding organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
