Provide support for all HR functions across the Inspire Brands Operations and Support Centers. Ensure compliance throughout all Inspire Brands affiliates and protect the company with consistency, adherence to regulations and laws. This position will also be responsible for defined processes within Talent Management and various administrative tasks as assigned. The HR Solutions Center Specialist will develop a working knowledge of unemployment claims, PTO, Background Checks, the I-9 process, and data integrity.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats. Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming written inquiries to provide general HR support to all team members on all HR-related systems and processes and procedures including:Employee Relations
HRIS System Access
E Verify / I-9 Compliance
PTO
Background Checks
Learning Management Systems
Prioritize and support administrative work for various Human Resources departmentsMaintain enterprise Employee Case Management System, which includes:Monitor Employee Systems for critical issues and escalate as required
Ensure cases are completed and closed per SLAs
Respond to/Provide administrative HR support for incoming employment-related subpoenas & security clearance responsesManage compliance for terminated team member files and manage active manager filesRespond to Unemployment claims, appeals, and hearingsAct as a backup for the onboarding process in the Support CentersPerform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary and participate in special projects, as neededEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSTwo-year associate/technical degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience and training required
Prior experience using HR systems preferred
Experience in the hospitality services industry preferred
