Human Resource Generalist

Description We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, including payroll, policy implementation, onboarding, HRMS, and hiring processes. You will also be responsible for benefit functions and ensuring these processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.Responsibilities: Manage and process company payroll in an accurate and timely manner. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Manage the HRMS (Human Resources Management System) to track, report, and improve upon HR metrics. Develop and manage the company's hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection. Administer benefit functions, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards and regulations. Collaborate with management to identify company training needs and develop training programs. Address employee concerns and queries regarding HR-related matters. Continuously monitor and recommend improvements to the HR processes and procedures.Requirements Proficiency with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), preferably Paycom or ADP Proficiency in managing Payroll functions for 100+ employees Demonstrated experience creating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures Demonstrated proficiency in Benefits Administration Experience with Hiring Processes Proven track record in Onboarding new employees Ability to work collaboratively with other team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Relevant professional certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
