Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in Metro Atlanta that is looking to add an HR Manager to their team ASAP! The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting all HR functions for multistate operations for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge in employment law, compliance, and best practices in establishing new locations across different states. This position is onsite 100% and your time will be split between multiple locations in the Metro Atlanta area with some out of state travel. Professional in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are preferred
5+ years in human resources
Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant experience
1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources
An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
Extensive knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Excellent ethics, integrity, and standards
Ability to view issues objectively
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
