job detailsRandstad, in partnership with one of the leaders in the healthcare field with an office in Atlanta, GA is actively seeking a Human Resources Relations Consultant to join their team! This role will partner with other HRBP's to conduct Employee Relations Investigations in a hybrid role based out of the Atlanta, GA.salary: $44 - $46.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues including, but not limited to: investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL) employment litigation, employee complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance and other issues.
Provide advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation, and in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Conduct investigations, analyze information, research related information as needed and maintain records of investigations.
Partner with Human Resource Business Partners on findings
