HVAC/R Comercial Service Tech

Opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with HVAC experience to join our team. Service Side Mechanical is based in the Southeast and services commercial customers in multiple states. We are looking for a quality-oriented person with a passion for our trade to fit in with our existing team. We're offering an opportunity to grow with a new and dynamic company that specializes in commercial service.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining, servicing HVAC/R equipment, including Roof Top Units, split systems, etc.

Includes Preventative Maintenance, on demand repairs, troubleshooting and new unit installations

Limited travel within Florida

Participation in on-call rotation

Qualifications required:

HVAC/R or related experience

Clean driving record (points based system over last 3 years)

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer skills including ability to collect and record data

Outstanding ability to interact positively with Customers and Co-workers

Able to meet the physical demands of the position including climbing a ladder and carrying heavy materials

Passion for the Trade and a service excellence approach

Ability to work independently & supervise others

Deep commitment to meeting customers' needs

Dedication to continuous improvement in quality, communication and to building long-term relationships
