Senior Implementation Manager
Job Summary:
The Senior Implementation Manager oversees the compensation technologyand/or job description managementimplementation process forenterpriseclients. You will manage the project from the initial goals and needs assessment all the way through configuration, training, and transfer to support.This is asenior-level position, and the ideal applicant has considerable professional experience in SaaS implementation, project management, compensation, and/or job description management.Reports to Manager, Implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement complex compensationor job descriptionmanagementsystems and solutions in support of client objectives.
Determine scope, define project plans and roadmaps, and manage groups involved in executing the implementation.
Partner with and assist clients in data configuration and product user interface setup within thePayscaleapplication.
Serve as liaison betweenPayscaleand client stakeholders to ensure alignment of all systems.
Demonstrate system functionality throughout the course of the implementation process.
Work closely with Product Support team members to report on and resolve product support requests and bugs throughout implementation.
Establish client satisfaction and product/service adoption.
Educate, develop, and mentor newer Implementation Managers.
Liaise with senior management and others as necessary.
May be required to participate in other tasks as needed.
Experience:
At least five years in a fast-past project management role, preferably in SaaS implementation, compensation management,job description management,HRISsystems, survey analysis, or any combination thereof.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel
Experience with a compensation technologyand/or job description managementtool as an end user, or any role that requires technical knowledge of such systems, highly desirable.
RequirementsandQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Strongunderstanding of compensation practices, strategies, and philosophies.
Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
Strong communication, writing,and presentation skills.
Expert Excel skills.
Provenself-starter and problem solver.
Strong understandingof how relational databases work.
