RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support Delivery Enablement leadership in achieving the strategic priorities and capabilities enablement through the successful delivery of projects
  • Facilitate the planning of releases, removal of impediments, provide guidance and prioritization for infrastructure operations team members, and support demos and deliverables for senior leadership
  • Facilitate the process of cost estimates, capacity planning, project initiation, requirements gathering, planning sessions, change management activities, and post implementation support
  • Work on projects across the department as needed to include requirements gathering, facilitating meetings, feature and user story prioritization, and road-mapping activities
  • Facilitate the learning and growth of Agile teams
  • Capture and report on Team and department level data/metrics via Rally and AWS tools and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work in a matrixed environment with project sponsors, key stakeholders, Database Engineering, Release Engineering, Security, Site Operations, Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Change Management, and other cross-functional Engineering teams/boundary partners

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years as a Project Manager working with Infrastructure or Operations teams in an enterprise level environment

  • Working experience communicating, writing, and presenting complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audienc
  • Working experience in one or more of the following Agile methods or frameworks: Scrum, SaFE, Extreme Programming (XP), or Kanban
  • Must be fully vaccinated (medical/religious exemptions available)

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • LEAN Agile/ SAFe
  • PMP Certification
  • Agile Certification- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or PSM
