Description Our client is seeking a permanent fulltime inhouse attorney to join their corporate team in Norcross, GA. Reporting to the CEOs, this role will be client facing and will primarily focus on transactional contract law in a heavily regulated industry. Staff Attorney role involves providing legal support to our clients, reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with gambling regulations, and facilitating communication with clients. The Corporate Lawyer will also support the C-suite executives and handle employment-related inquiries. They are mostly onsite (not a heavy remote/hybrid company). Responsibilities: Review and manage various types of contracts, including customer contracts, government contracts, lease contracts, and service contracts. Ensure compliance with gambling regulations and other legal and regulatory requirements. Handle client communications effectively and professionally. Provide legal advice on employment-related questions and issues. Support C-suite executives with legal advice and guidance. Administer contract law and contract administration practices. Resolve legal issues related to customer contracts. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various matters. Oversee and manage legal contracts to ensure the organization's interests are protected. Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory compliance matters.Requirements Must hold an active license to practice law required 1-5 years of legal experience required Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish, Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi, Siraiki, Urdu, or Balochi) Proficiency in Contract Law and Contract Administration Knowledge of Legal Regulatory and Compliance matters Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Ability to travel 0-10% to client locationsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
