Role: Insurance Production Support Manager

Location:

Columbus GA

Duration: Full time Position / Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree; Masters or industry certifications;
  • Minimum 12-13 years of experience in IT with 8-10 years’ experience in project and program management.
  • Demonstrate experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leaders;
  • Proven strategic thinker as well as creative and innovative leader.
  • Very strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply.
  • Ability to promote team collaboration, strength in persuading and influencing others.
  • Outstanding problem solving, communication, negotiation, consensus building, coaching, mentoring, and conflict management skills
  • Strong influence and the ability to develop trust; demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
  • Ability to navigate multiple complex products and portfolios simultaneously.

Process Skills:
  • Responsible for end to end Production support,
  • Ensure day to day operational activities
  • Accountable for identification, tracking and resolution of Incidents and service restoration
  • Drive Meetings to resolve high priority high impact incidents quickly
  • Ensures 100% Adherence to Cost & SLA Objectives following SOP’s
  • Establishes and Maintains KPI Dashboard for IT Operations
  • Attend and Present meetings with Sr. Management to report IT operations performance
  • Develops and nurtures excellent stakeholder satisfaction
  • Effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for Knowledge Management
  • Responsible for implementing continuous process improvement
  • Responsible for Innovations in their area of concern
  • Responsible for risk management
  • Awareness on new and emerging technologies in Area of concern
  • Provide leadership and oversight to delivery teams across centers and practices
  • Manage account performance through financial (P&L, Forecast, Revenue, COR etc.)
  • Focus on high customer satisfaction
