Leadership areas focus on one or more areas including but not limited to end to end systems integration, program management, data conversion planning, architecture, development, testing, release, change and communications and support.

Provide leadership in managing critical day-to-day program/project elements including: project vision/objectives, financials, scope, quality, schedule, resourcing, vendor management, dependencies, risks, status reporting, stakeholder engagement, business readiness/change management, and value realization necessary to deliver specified requirements, objectives and value.

Lead and drive the execution of initiatives related to Organizational Readiness, Organizational Charter, Risk Governance and Business Office efforts.

Lead and drive the execution of one or more initiatives focused on system enhancements, systems integration, system consolidation, system decommissioning and data conversion enabling the bank end to end conversion.

Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes and ensure appropriate and professional communication among project stakeholders.

Manage projects through the project lifecycle. Document the project charter, roles, tasks and measures of success. Evaluate progress and quality, manage issue resolution and take corrective action as necessary.

Ensure adherence to applicable Corporate policies and processes.

Proactively develop innovative approaches, risk mitigation strategies, quality control and continuous improvement.

Provide feedback to group managers regarding the work performance of members.

RequirementsMust have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field plus 5 years of progressive experience in application support and/or development performing/utilizing the following:

Financial industry specific experience in areas of Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Trading, and/or Wholesale and Consumer.

Applying in-depth understanding of ownership of applications/systems.

Leading or participating in multiple projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, high visibility, and high impact simultaneously.

Planning and executing Performance Load Testing to ensure system resiliency.

Executing Integration of Agile methodologies and/or ITIL best practices

Utilizing experience with: API/web services; scripting languages such as C, C#, Java and Javascript; a relational database management system such as MS SQL Server or Oracle; UNIX; Log aggregation tools such as Splunk; Network Monitoring tools such as ExtraHope; Application Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace and HP BSM.

In the alternative, employer will accept Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field plus 3 years of experience in application support and/or development performing/utilizing the aforementioned.

Must also have 1 year of experience with:

Managing team(s), including identifying and recruiting talent, managing performance, and making decisions about resource allocation.

Adding value to high-level management interactions and developing, communicating and creating buy-in around business strategies.

Developing and supporting of cloud-based applications, including experience with AWS Cloud.

Applying strong understanding of Cyber Security and Networks designs and concepts.

Cyber security specific experience in areas of Identity Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Bot Automation, Threat Detection and Cyber Architecture and Design, utilizing the following:

Solid knowledge of implementing and supporting cyber security tools specific for wholesale and consumer financial industries; articulating information security risks as business consequences

Deep understanding of cyber products integration with business critical applications

Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Payment Card Industry/Data Security Standard Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and NIST framework

Akamai, Shape, Zscaler, Symantec, RSA, Rapid7 and CA solutions
