job detailsWe are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Carrollton, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of numerical entries, maintaining cost accounting for minimum and maximum quantities, and supporting various operational functions. This job requires a candidate ready to encompass the procedures set forth and ensure that they remain consistent and accurate.salary: $14 - $17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Data entry, accuracy & efficiency with numerical entries is a must

Cost accounting to maintain min/max quantities

Creating job files and ensuring that data corresponds with provided products

Large product conversion into finished good within provided program

Maintain job files/numbers in correspondence of material as assigned

Manage time and workload in accordance to customer scheduling

Manage and post GL journal entries, providing support as needed

Cross train to support other departments as needed
