Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an IT Business Analyst you will own the manufacturing (including quality) and production reporting configurations, programs and RICEFW elements in collaboration with other adjacent product owners and business process leaders. You will work to deliver effective end to end processes that enable the business transformation.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team (business process leaders, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to develop and clarify vision and scope.

• Assist with the development of a point of view on additional long-term support needed.

• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment.

• Assist with driving the deliverables and decomposing features into clearly articulated stories and acceptance criteria within the functional team.

• Collaborate with the business process leader(s) and other stake holders (lead consultant, SA) to prioritize incoming demand and scope (backlog).

• Ensure we have the right resources in the right roles in assigned area.

• Ensure appropriate knowledge processes are in place for the eventual transition to GP resources.

• Apply Business Analysis and agile principles to elicit, understand, document the requirements, and feasible options for review and decisions. This may require leading meetings/workshops.

• Map prioritized requirements with application configuration (M3 and 3rd Party tools)

• Work with stake holders to document user acceptance criteria (functional and non-functional).

• Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including integrations, workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.

• Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be processes.

• Assist in conducting research of software solutions (Built/Bought) to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts as needed.

• Assist with the creation and impact of the deployment plans.

• Develop and maintain solid understanding of the Pulp & Paper industry.

• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Infor M3 and appropriate 3rd Party and custom software features, behavior and high-level architecture to apply best practices and guide the requirements gathering process.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 3+ Years' experience deploying, supporting, and configuring Manufacturing functions in an ERP.

• Experience connecting to Manufacturing execution systems (MES).

• 3+ years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst.

• Experience conducting and leading discovery workshops, design, and configurations

• At least 3 years of experience performing the functions of a technical product owner or IT Business Analyst (examples include but not limited to conducting interviews to gather user requirements, prioritizing backlogs, leading requirements gather workshops/breakouts, Identifying and establishing scope, and parameters of requirements analysis to define project impact, outcome criteria, developing functional design specifications, and metrics).

• 3+ years of experience playing a team leader role.

• Experience with systems development lifecycle planning, cost estimation/economics, requirements gathering required.

• Ability to write technical and functional specifications as a BA

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and diagraming tools such as Microsoft Visio.

• Working Knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies.

• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.

• Willing to travel 25% to visit mill operations.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years Infor M3 Multitenant experience in Manufacturing and QMS modules

• At least 1 end to end Infor M3 implementation

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or equivalent OR equivalent M3 Certifications.

• Experience in Pulp and Paper industry.
